Returns & Exchanges

At Hardbody, we stand behind the quality of our performance gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment or apparel isn't meeting your training standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
